As a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and nutrition coach, my goal is to help people find balance in their lives - mentally and physically.
We all feel our best when we strike that balance between healthy eating habits, daily movement/exercise, and nervous system regulating practices (mindfulness, meditation, recovery) that works best for us - as unique individuals.
